*Epoxied tumblers should be treated like glass. While properly cared, for epoxy provides smooth and durable sealant. However, they are not crack proof and shouldn’t be treated as such. Shelley R Designs is not held responsible for any damages caused by dropping or failing to follow care instructions after delivery.

This is a handmade item and occasionally imperfections happen. While I work for excellence, occasionally it is inevitable. There may be a speck of a different color glitter or stray glitters on the cup.
All orders are custom made and not eligible for returns. If your item arrives damaged you must photograph and send to Shelley R Designs within 24 hours of delivery to receive an exchange.
